Experience

  • Twenty-year experience in the whole field of judicial criminal law, always acting in the field of so-called “black” criminal law (crimes against the individual, against property, drug law, road traffic offences and so on) and in the field of “white” criminal law (corporate criminal law, bankruptcy, construction, taxation, environment). He acts both in the capacity of defence lawyer for the defendant and of prosecutor of the civil party.
  • Since 2010 (registered on the list of Barristers in the Supreme Court) advocating before the Supreme Court of Cassation in Rome with excellent results.
  • In recent years, specialising in bankruptcy criminal law and taxation.
